WRITING
I write short stories and non-fiction.
I have been nominated for a number of literary awards including the V. S. Pritchett Short Story Prize,
the Aesthetica Creative Writing Award, the DISQUIET Prize for Fiction,
and I received judges’s special commendation in The Stinging Fly / FBA Fiction Prize.
I was the lucky winner of a place on the Paul McVeigh West Cork Writing Residency 2026
and was the grateful recipient of a grant from the Oppenheim-John Downes Memorial Trust.
I am looking for a home for my collection of queer historical short stories.
Read about some of my stories below.
